Redeflowed is an ERP for installation technicians in Belgium — heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and related trades, from solo technicians to teams running several vans. Customers, scheduling, work orders, quotes, invoices, stock and maintenance contracts live in one system.

?How does the AI assistant work?

You record a WhatsApp voice note on the road or type a request in the portal. The assistant turns it into structured actions: linking a work order to an invoice, scheduling a visit or drafting a quote — without you filling in forms yourself.

?Does Redeflowed support Peppol e-invoicing?

Yes. You create quotes, invoices and credit notes with VAT and discounts and send them over Peppol, in line with the Belgian e-invoicing requirement.

Yes. At the start you import customers, installations and products so you don't begin from scratch.
